Instructor Cory Everson has hosted her own television show called Gotta Sweat and won the Ms. Olympia competition six times. She enjoys sharing her fitness tips with others and has put together some exercise routines here that can help viewers concentrate on adding shape to their hips, thighs, and calves. Everson promises that each of these lower body areas should reveal better muscle tone once the exercises have been done daily for several weeks.
