This MTV dance workout, led by American fitness champion Tsianina Joelson, is a 55-minute hip-hop aerobic dance routine. It includes a 12-minute warm-up, 22 minutes of aerobic choreography with a freestyle dance segment, and a 15-minute tai chi cool down stretch led by Michael Corradino. In the tradition of MTV workout videos, Daily Burn: Kick, Dance & Firm features lots of gorgeous bodies (including Baywatch's Michael Bergin) strutting their dance moves and offering little fitness instruction.
