Memory flashbacks are experienced by Peter Siraki (Sandor Almasi) after he's arrested for his role in the 1956 anti-Soviet counterrevolution. Chained to a wall, he's grilled about his poetic diary entries describing his love affair with Bulgarian freedom fighter Lena Aleksandrovna (Erika Marozsan). Writer-director Andras Solyom adapted from a novella by Miklos Meszoly and shot with a video transfer to film. Alternate title Hungarian Fragment. ~ Bhob Stewart, Rovi
