Waffle-whiches
  • INGREDIENTS
    3-4 frozen toaster waffles
    6-8 sliced bacon cooked, can be turkey bacon or veg bacon
    1/4 pound Cheddar, thinly sliced
    1 avocado
    4 tbs unsalted butter

    INSTRUCTIONS
    1. Place the waffles on a work surface.
    2. Top with the bacon, cheese, avocado and the remaining waffles.
    3. Melt the remaining butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Place the sandwiches in the skillet, buttered-side up
    4. Cook, pressing occasionally with the back of a spatula, until the cheese melts and the waffles are golden 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
