Tomato Bun BLTs
    4 beefsteak tomatoes
    6 slices of bacon
    1 ripe avocado, sliced
    2 leaves romaine lettuce, torn
    ¼ cup mayonnaise
    1. Slice the bacon in half to make 12 small slices.
    2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the bacon until crispy, about 5 minutes per side.
    3. Slice the tops and bottoms off each tomato for the "buns".
    4. Layer each bottom tomato slice with mayo, lettuce, 3 bacon slices and avocado. Finish with the top tomato slice.
