Summer Detox Waters
  • INGREDIENTS
    Watermelon
    2 bunches Mint
    2 bunches Basil
    2 Cucumbers
    2 lemons
    Strawberries
    Cantaloupe
    2 oranges

    INSTRUCTIONS
    Watermelon + mint + basil
    1. Chop watermelon into small wedges.
    2. Chop basil and mint in half once, and smash a small bunch with the flat end of the knife to release juice.
    3. Place ingredients in a large drinking vessel and fill with filtered water.

    Cucumber + Lemon + Mint
    1. Chop cucumber and lemon into flat rounds.
