Slow Cooker Mozarella Meatballs
  • INGREDIENTS
    1 pound ground beef
    1 pound Italian sausage
    4 cloves of garlic minced
    ½ cup Italian parsley minced
    ½ cup parmesan cheese shredded
    1 teaspoon salt
    ½ teaspoon pepper
    1 cup Italian bread crumbs
    1 cup milk
    2 eggs
    2 Jars of marinara sauce 24 oz
    1 block of mozzarella cheese

    DIRECTIONS
    1. Cut mozzarella cheese into small cubes.
    2. In a large mixing bowl combine ground beef, Italian sausage, garlic, parsley, parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, bread crumbs, eggs, and milk. Use your hands or a large wooden spoon to mix in all these ingredients until fully combined.
    3. Grab about 4 ounces of the meat mixture and stuff with a cube of Mozzarella cheese. Then roll into a ball.
    4. Add 2 jars of marinara into a slow cooker. Then add in the meatballs.
    5. Slow Cook on low for 5 hours or on high for 2 ½ hours.
    6. Once meatballs are fully cooked garnish with parmesan and parsley.
