Simple Pad Thai
    For the Sauce:
    Fresh Lime juice 2 tablespoons
    Rice vinegar 2 tablespoons
    Soy sauce ¼ cup
    Sriracha ⅛ cup
    Brown Sugar ¼ cup

    For the Stir Fry:
    Vegetable Oil 1 tablespoon
    Chicken breast 8 oz diced
    Garlic 1 minced
    Onion ⅛ cup diced
    Egg 1
    Rice Stick Noodle 6 ounces (Cooked)
    Sprouts ½ cup
    Green onion ⅛ cup

    Garnish: Green Onion, Sprouts, Crushed Peanuts, and Crushed Red Pepper.

    1. In a small bowl add all the ingredients for the sauce and stir until fully combined.
    2. In a small saucepan bring sauce mixture to a boil and let it simmer until thick.
    3. Heat up the oil in a large frying pan.
    4. Add chicken to the pan and cook until golden brown.
    5. Add garlic and onion to the pan and cook for about 30 seconds.
    6. Add in the egg and quickly scramble in the pan.
    7. Add in the 6 ounces of cooked noodles and stir fry for 30 seconds.
    8. Add the sauce and stir fry for 30 minutes.
    9. Add in sprouts and green onion and stir fry for a final 30 seconds.
    10. Finally, plate pad thai and garnish with crushed peanuts, sprouts, green onion, and crushed red pepper.
