Ramen Taki Queso
    1 Instant Ramen Noodle (the blocks)
    1 pound Velveeta, cut into ½" cubes
    1 jar (10 oz) salsa
    1 bag spicy Taki's
    1. Cook ramen noodles, drain and set aside
    2. In a processor, crush bag of spicy Taki's; reserve half
    3. In a microwaveable bowl, combine Velveeta and salsa with ½ of the takis on high for 3 minutes or until all is melted
    4. Remove cheese from microwave, let cool and stir
    5. Top ramen with cheese mix and sprinkle remaining Taki on top
