Ramen Pizza
    1 Instant Ramen Noodle (the blocks)
    olive oil
    6 oz mozzarella
    ½ cup store-bought pizza sauce (or tomato puree)
    2 Tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
    fresh basil (optional)
    1. In a pot, cook the ramen, strain and set aside (al dente with a bite, not fully cooked)
    2. Heat olive oil in the cast iron skillet over medium heat
    3. Add noodles and press with a spatula to cover the bottom of the skillet evenly; and reduce the heat to low.
    4. Spread half of the cheese over the noodles.
    5. Top with sauce
    6. Add parmesan cheese
    7. Bake in oven at 400 degrees until top is brown and bubbly
    8. Top with basil ribbons
    9. Allow to cool and slide the pizza onto a cutting board and slice
