INSTRUCTIONS 1. Cook the ramen according to package directions, strain and mix with the beaten egg and parmesan. 2. Place the noodles into a greased baking dish or loaf pan and press down to pack tightly. Chill in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes. 3. Remove the molded ramen from the dish and slice in half to make two pieces. 4. Cook the ramen in a greased skillet over medium heat for about 3 minutes until golden brown. 5. Flip the ramen, add cheddar cheese, close the sandwich and cook until cheese is melted.
