INGREDIENTS 1 Instant Ramen Noodle (the blocks) 1 pound chicken tenders ¼ cup AP flour Ramen flavor packet ½ cup buttermilk 1 Tablespoon soy sauce vegetable cooking oil lemon wedges romaine lettuce, thinly sliced
INSTRUCTIONS 1.Pound out chicken 2. In a bowl, mix ramen seasoning and flour 3. In a separate bowl mix buttermilk, and soy sauce. 4. In a third bowl, ground dry ground ramen (food processor) to make a ramen meal 5. Dredge chicken in flour/seasoning, buttermilk soy sauce, then ramen meal 6. Fry in oil about 2-3 minutes each side 7. Serve over romaine lettuce with lemon wedges
