Puking Guac Pumpkin
    4 Ripe Avocados
    12 Cherry Tomatoes
    Cilantro (1 cup)
    Lime (2)
    Garlic (2 cloves)
    Olive Oil (1 teaspoon)
    Salt & Pepper
    Black Corn Tortilla Chips
    Sharp carving knife
    Scoop for pumpkin guts
    Permanent marker

    1. Carve the pumpkin. Cut a circle around the stem of the pumpkin. Remove the top and set aside. Scoop out the center of the pumpkin.
    2. Cut a horizontal oval for the mouth. Draw on squinty eyes.
    3. Make the guacamole. Scoop the center of the avocados into a large bowl. Using a fork, smash the avocadoes until desired consistency. Add tomatoes, cilantro, lime juice, garlic, olive oil, and salt and pepper. Mix until well combined.
    4. Place the pumpkin on a platter, and arrange guacamole spilling out of its mouth. Arrange blue corn tortilla chips on sides. Enjoy!
