Peanut Butter Lava Cakes
    2 cups peanut butter
    1 box chocolate cake or brownie mix, prepared as instructed
    ¼ cocoa powder for dusting

    1. Using a small ice cream scoop, scoop balls of peanut butter onto a lined baking sheet.
    2. Chill in the freezer for 30 mins.
    3. Meanwhile, prepare the cake or brownie mix.
    4. Fill greased cupcake pans 2/3rds of the way with the batter.
    5. Place a chilled peanut butter call in the center of each and press down into the center.
    6. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Allow to cool for 10 minutes.  
    7. Invert the cakes, dust with cocoa powder and serve immediately
