Marshmallow Chocolate Chip-Pretzel Cookies
  • INGREDIENTS
    ¾ cup light brown sugar
    ¼ cup granulated sugar
    1 cup unsalted butter
    ½ tablespoon vanilla extract
    1 teaspoon salt
    2 large eggs
    ½ teaspoon baking soda
    2 ¼ cup all-purpose flour
    2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 cup salted pretzels
    As needed small marshmallows
     

    INSTRUCTIONS
    1. Preheat oven to 350F. Crush salted pretzels in a large plastic bag; set aside.
    2. Cream butter and sugars until fluffy. Add salt, all-purpose flour, vanilla extract, baking soda and eggs; mix until combined.
    3. Fold in crushed pretzels and chocolate chips. Make ¼ cup balls and place a marshmallow in the middle, making sure it's all covered with the dough.
    4. Bake for about 9-12 minutes.
