Lettuce Taco Cups
    butter lettuce cups
    1 pound ground beef
    1 small onion, diced
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 packet of taco seasoning
    6 ounces canned diced tomatoes

    4 cheese Mexican blend
    1 dollop sour cream
    Thinly sliced red onion
    Cilantro leafs    
    1. In a large pan start cooking/crumbling the ground beef with the onion and garlic.
    2. Once most of the meat has started to brown add in taco seasoning as well as the canned tomatoes.
    3. Continue cooking until the sauce has reduced by half.
    4. Once meat mixture is fully cooked scoop out as much as desired into butter lettuce cups.
    5. Top with shredded cheese, sour cream, red onion, and cilantro.
