Jerzday Shrimp Scampi Pasta
    ½ pound angel hair pasta
    1 pound medium-large shrimp, peeled and deveined
    4 cloves garlic
    ½ cup dry white wine
    crushed red pepper flakes
    olive oil
    1. Cook angel pasta to al dente
    2. Create garlic paste with garlic and salt in a mortar
    3. In a large skillet, melt butter with olive oil
    4. Add garlic and cook for about 1 minute; turn up the heat to high
    5. Pour in white wine and reduce to ¼
    6. Add red pepper flakes and shrimp
    7. Sautee shrimp for 2-4 minutes or until they are pink
    8. Add lemon juice and parsley
    9. Stir in pasta and some pasta water and garnish with more parsley
