Italian Fried Chicken Meatballs
    1 lb Ground Chicken
    As needed salt
    As needed black pepper
    3 cups panko
    3 cups all-purpose flour
    5 large eggs
    3 tablespoon dried oregano
    1 tablespoon garlic powder or granules
    1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
    1 can marinara sauce (for dipping)
    Canola Oil for Frying
    1. Mix ground chicken, mozzarella cheese, salt and pepper and form into small meatballs.
    2. Mix panko, oregano and garlic powder.
    3. Dredge meatballs in flour then eggs and finally coat in panko mix. Repeat once more.
    4. Fry in 325F oil. Serve with marinara sauce.
