Dipping Sauce 1 Cup Greek Yogurt 1/8 cup Fresh Dill ½ Lemon Approx. 2oz Blue Cheese Crumble Pinch of salt Celery & Carrots
INSTRUCTIONS 1. Heat oil in a deep-fryer or large saucepan to 375 degrees F 2. Place wings into plastic bag. 3. Add olive oil, squeeze half a lemon, pepper, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder in bag and toss together. 4. Add seasoned chicken wings in hot oil and fry until no longer pink at the bone and the juices run clear, about 8 minutes. 5. Meanwhile, melt butter, add hot sauce, and garlic powder. simmer in saucepan over medium-low heat for until slightly thickened, about 7-10 minutes.
