For the Coffee Mask: Tightening, revitalizing for dull-looking skin
INGREDIENTS 1 tablespoon of finely ground espresso beans 1 tablespoon of honey 1 1/2 teaspoon of aloe gel
INSTRUCTIONS 1. Mix the coffee grounds and honey together until a paste forms. 2. Add in the aloe gel. 3. Very gently apply the mask to your face. Leave it on for 10 minutes before washing off. Coffee grounds scrubbed against the skin act as an exfoliant while the caffeine naturally tightens skin. Aloe calms skin and will help to reduce inflammation and redness.
For the Avocado Mask: Hydrating for dry or sun-damaged skin
INGREDIENTS ½ avocado ½ cup oatmeal 1 tsp. Honey
INSTRUCTIONS 1. Mash avocado with a fork. 2. Prepare oatmeal according to instructions, then combine with avocado. 3. Stir in the honey. 4. Apply gently to face and leave for about 10-15 minutes. 5. Rinse in a kitchen sink to avoid stopping up a bathroom drain. 6. Skin should feel soft and hydrated!
INSTRUCTIONS 1. Mix coconut sugar with coconut oil. 2. Scrub the mixer gently into the skin with fingertips. 3. Focusing on your "T zone" (the cross section of your forehead, nose, and chin) 4. Leave mixture on for 5 minutes before rinsing with warm water.
