Churro Ice Cream Sandwiches
    6 cups Cinnamon Toast Crunch
    4 cups mini marshmallows
    4 Tablespoons butter
    Ice cream of your choice (We used vanilla and chocolate)
    Canola oil spray or parchment paper
    1. Spray cake pan with canola oil.
    2. In the large sauce pot, melt butter with mini marshmallows over medium heat until glue like consistency.
    3. Remove from heat and stir in cereal
    4. Transfer to the cake pans and press down evenly.
    5. Let rest for 1 hour until firm.
    6. Remove from pans and add ice cream to the churro treat
    7. In a bowl mix sugar and cinnamon
    8. Dust with sugar and cinnamon
