INGREDIENTS 6 cups crispy rice cereal squares (Rice Chex) 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter 2 tablespoons unsalted butter 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 3/4 cup powdered sugar ¼ tsp Cayenne Pepper 2 Cups Dried Cranberries 2 Cups of Unsalted Almonds 2 Cups of Pecans (or Walnuts)
INSTRUCTIONS 1. Place cereal in a large bowl; set aside. 2. Combine chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter in a small, microwave-safe glass bowl; microwave for 1 minute or until mixture begins to melt. 3. Remove from microwave and stir. Microwave an additional 30 seconds and stir until smooth. Stir in vanilla and cayenne pepper. 4. Add chocolate mixture to cereal in bowl; stir gently to evenly coat. 5. Place mixture in a large ziploc plastic bag. Add powdered sugar to bag. Seal bag; shake until cereal mixture is fully coated. 6. Add Almonds, Dried Cranberries, and Pecans 7. Shake up entire mixture in bag and enjoy.
