Cheeseburger Meatball Sub
    1 lb ground beef
    1 tsp salt
    ½ tsp pepper
    1 tsp onion powder
    1 tsp garlic powder
    ½ panko bread crumbs
    1 egg
    ¼ milk
    12-24 cheddar cheese cubes, depending on the size of the meatballs
    Sub rolls, or other longer bakery roll

    For garnish
    Cooked bacon
    sliced tomatoes
    Pickle spear
    1. In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, salt, pepper, onion and garlic powders, bread crumbs, egg, and milk.
    2. Once well mixed, scoop mixture into a loose ball and insert a cheese cube into the center. Then form a tight ball and place on a baking sheet.
    3. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
    4. Once baked, add to a sub roll adorned with lettuce, tomato, pickle, bacon.  
    5. Top with ketchup and mustard and serve immediately.
