INGREDIENTS For Salad 1 box farfalle pasta, 16oz 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved 1 cup mini mozzarella balls ¼ cup minced basil
For Dressing ¼ cup pesto ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil Salt to taste Pepper to taste
Garnish Balsamic glaze Parmesan cheese, shredded
DIRECTIONS 1. Bring water to a boil and add 2 tablespoons of salt. 2. Cook pasta according to directions on the box. 3. Once pasta is cooked, strain and rinse under cold water. 4. Place cooked pasta in a large mixing bowl and add in the remaining ingredients for salad. 5. In a separate smaller mixing bowl, combine all ingredients for the dressing and whisk together. 6. Add dressing to salad and toss until well coated. 7. Garnish with balsamic glaze and shredded parmesan cheese.
