Apple Pie Jello Shots
    1 cup water
    2 cups apple cider
    2 packages gelatin
    1 cup spiced rum
    10 mini 4oz pie crusts
    Whipped cream and cinnamon for serving
    1. In a medium pot, bring the water and apple cider to a boil
    2. Add the gelatin and let it dissolve completely
    3. Remove from heat and let the mixture cool until it reaches room temperature
    4. Add spiced rum and stir
    5. Pour into pie shells and refrigerate until set, about 2 hours
    6. Top with whipped cream and cinnamon before serving
