A native of Tacoma, Washington, Amber Lancaster was a natural performer from the start. At the age of 6, she would put on free talent shows for her neighborhood and travel to nursing homes to entertain. Later, she was named Miss Washington Teen USA and then joined the Sea Gals, the cheerleading squad of the Seattle Seahawks football team. Lancaster was a member of the Sea Gals for five seasons before moving to Los Angeles to pursue her acting and modeling career.
When not working, Lancaster lends her support to the ASPCA, Special Olympics, Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America and works with local battered women and children's shelters.
