OK, you know some of what not to eat — but what do you munch on when everything else is giving you morning sickness? First of all — and you're going to like this one — you should be grazing all day so your stomach is never empty, according to the National Women's Health Information Center. But these should be small meals, Brit. No pigging out. However, it would be a good idea to start eating before you actually get out of bed. If your tummy's still in trouble, get some ginger, which comes in the form of capsules, soda, tea or gingersnaps. Drink plenty of liquids, and if that won't stay down, try crushed ice. And get a motion-sickness band, which may relieve the nausea by pressing on an acupressure point inside your wrist.
