Britney, it's not cute that Kevin Federline is getting a little belly along with yours — it could be serious. There's this thing called Couvade Syndrome, in which the male partner gets some of the same symptoms you do during pregnancy, and even a little after, thanks to your heavy-duty pheromones. K-Fed could also get morning sickness, cramps, cravings, frequent urination and even post-partum depression, if your wild hormonal shifts give him lower levels of testosterone and higher levels of estrogen, cortisol (a stress hormone) and prolactin (a milk-inducing hormone). It's a common problem, affecting one in three expectant couples, according to Dr. Robert Greene, author of "Perfect Balance" and the upcoming "Perfect Balance for Pregnancy," but usually misunderstood and called "sympathy pain" or "sympathetic pregnancy." However, it can be treated, especially if you want to make sure he's stable when you're not.

Be sure to check back next week and every week as we add to our list of baby tips for Britney and expectant mothers everywhere. But remember, the best advice for you is the advice you get from your doctor.
