SEAL FEATURE

If only the road that Seal's "Human Being" took to record stores was as smooth as his voice.When the singer set about the arduous task of following up his acclaimed 1994 album "Seal," he once again turned to his longtime producer Trevor Horn and headed to the studio in 1997. However, the two soon had a falling out (allegedly coming to blows), and suddenly question marks surrounded the album and Seal's relationship with Horn.

Almost a year later, the two mended fences and re-teamed in the studio, eventually producing yet another critically acclaimed album. When Seal sat down recently with MTV News' Robert Mancini, he talked about his tumultuous relationship with Horn, as well as how Tupac and Biggie inspired him, his work with William Orbit, and the joys of touring.
