MTV: Now you're all based in New Orleans. Why did you
decide to settle there?
DEVIL DOLL: It's the only place in America that's similar
to our planet.
SHE-ZILLA: I agree, I agree, 24 hours...
VAMPIRE GIRL: Parties, glamour, drag queens.
SHE-ZILLA: Monsters, graveyards.
VAMPIRE GIRL: Exactly. It's perfect for us.
DEVIL DOLL: Very similar to our planet.
MTV: Now She-Zilla actually isn't your original drummer…
how difficult was it to find another monster who could play drums?
VAMPIRE GIRL: Oh, they all play drums.
DEVIL DOLL: They all play drums. It's easy.
SHE-ZILLA: Well it was natural for me I think. What with
stomping, destroying, banging. Devil Doll and I are old friends. We,
we...our families vacationed together, we'll put it that way. So when
the time came, I think you just naturally thought of me.
DEVIL DOLL: She does stomp quite a bit. It was natural for
the...one of the few drums she plays is with her foot so it was quite
natural.
MTV: Is there ever a problem with her accidentally
exhaling fire on stage?
VAMPIRE DOLL: Oh no.
DEVIL DOLL: The only thing we have a problem with is
sometimes our Wolf Boys jump on stage, and they wreak havoc.
VAMPIRE GIRL: And sometimes they reek. But that's only
when we haven't bathed them.
DEVIL DOLL: Things get a little hairy.
MTV: How hard is to find good Wolf Boy help on the
road?
DEVIL DOLL: So hard.
VAMPIRE GIRL: Oh god, it's impossible.
SHE-ZILLA: It's awful.
VAMPIRE GIRL: Unfortunately we have to leave our real Wolf
Boys at home in New Orleans.
SHE-ZILLA: They can really chew a sound system all to
hell.
VAMPIRE GIRL: The kennel fees are outrageous but what can
you do.
SHE-ZILLA: Feeding them is awful.
MTV: So are you able to find Wolf Boys in each town?
DEVIL DOLL: Yes we try. It's not always successful.
Sometimes we must perform without the Wolf Boys.
VAMPIRE GIRL: The hectic life of a monster, you don't
always have time to be out socializing looking for Wolf Boys.
MTV: So what can fans expect when they come out to your
shows?
DEVIL DOLL: Glamour, horror...
VAMPIRE GIRL: Parties...
SHE-ZILLA: Good jokes.
VAMPIRE GIRL: Bad jokes.
SHE-ZILLA: We tell good jokes.
DEVIL DOLL: Nice tunes you can do the werewolf wiggle
to.
