In the big-ticket hip-hop tradition of the "Hard Knock Life" tour as well as the Puff Daddy And The Family "No Way Out" excursion some years back, the Cash Money/Ruff Ryders package tour unites the two current dominating families in hip-hop, combining the Southern bounce of the first with the New England growl of the latter; both camps remaining, for the most part, separate, yet maintaining a very, very equal stance and stature.

We caught up with both crews when they passed through Philadelphia recently, and as MTV News' John Norris, Andréa Duncan, and Shari Scorca found out, the Cash Money/Ruff Ryders tour is all about the love... oh, and the scratch ain't too shabby, either.
