"I came to the city, the first song I recorded was this record called 'F.U.' I did the whole record without writing any lyrics down or anything. We just recorded it in the studio. We put it out and it kind of got a response, but it wasn't a huge response. Then I recorded this next record called 'You're Not Like Me.' And when that record went out there was a difference. It was on all the mixtapes, it was all over the place. Stretch Armstrong was on the radio at that time. I remember because he was the first person to play it. I heard it and that record is what made me want to start rapping again."
