OFFICIAL RULES

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.
2. To enter: The sweepstakes will be posted on sweeps.mtv.com, a web site owned and controlled by MTV Networks, a division of Viacom International Inc. ("MTV") starting at or around 12:00 p.m. (ET) October 21, 2002 and ending at 11:59 p.m. (ET) November 20, 2002 (the "Sweepstakes"). Participants must fill out the required fields on the Sweepstakes entry form including answering trivia questions related to MTV Cribs episodes correctly, as instructed online on the Sweepstakes registration pages to be entered into a random drawing ("Eligible Entries"). Participants will receive one entry per correct response. There will be one (1) grand prize winner (the "Grand Prize Winner") and forty (40) weekly prize winners (the "Weekly Prize Winners(s)") selected (Grand Prize Winner and Weekly Prize Winners shall be collectively referred to hereinafter as the "Prize Winners"). All Eligible Entries received will be entered into the weekly drawing for the week in which the entry is received in addition to a second drawing to determine the Grand Prize Winner. Participants must complete all required data requested on the entry form. Incomplete or inaccurate entry forms are void. By entering, participants acknowledge compliance with these official rules including all eligibility requirements. MTV is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site or combination thereof, including injury or damage to participants or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in this Sweepstakes. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of MTV which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes or for any reason MTV deems it necessary, MTV reserves the right at their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. Should the Sweepstakes be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, notice will be posted on sweeps.mtv.com and a random drawing will be conducted from among all Eligible Entries received as of the date of termination. Entries that have been tampered with or altered are void. In the event of a dispute over who submitted the winning entry, the holder of the winning email account will be declared the winner.
3. Prizes: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive the following:

A home electronics package (estimated retail value $2,800.00). The exact contents to be determined in MTVN's sole discretion.

A room furnishings package (estimated retail value $5,500.00). The exact contents to be determined in MTVN's sole discretion.

Spending money in the amount of $2,500.00.

MTV Merchandise (estimated retail value $150.00)

A year's supply of DOUBLE STUF OREO(R) (Grand Prize Winner will receive four cases of product, estimated retail value $200.00)

The estimated retail value of the Grand Prize is $11,150.00.

Forty (40) weekly prize winners will each receive a prize (the "Weekly Prize") consisting of the following:
MTV T-shirt
One case of DOUBLE STUF OREO(R).
The estimated retail value of each weekly prize is $60.00.
The tentative dates for prize fulfillment are between December 1, 2002 and April 1, 2003 and are subject to change at MTVN's sole discretion. Total approximate retail value of this Sweepstakes is $13, 550.00. The actual retail value of this Sweepstakes depends on current existing market conditions at time of prize fulfillment.
4. Odds of winning will be determined by the total number of Eligible Entries received.
5. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these rules and by the decisions of MTV, which are final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.
6. The Weekly Prize Winners will be chosen at random on a weekly basis, from among all Eligible Entries received each week. MTVN will contact each potential Weekly Prize Winner by e-mail or telephone. Upon notification, such potential Weekly Prize Winner must call the phone number provided to confirm identity and eligibility within two (2) working days. If any potential Weekly Prize Winner is unreachable or if there is no response from such potential winner (no voicemail messages will be left) an alternate winner(s) may be chosen, at MTV's sole discretion. Weekly drawings will take place following the conclusion of each week. The first weekly drawing will be conducted before October 28, 2002 and the last weekly drawing will be conducted on or about November 20, 2002. All Eligible Entries received will be entered into a second drawing for the Grand Prize. A potential Grand Prize Winner will be then be chosen at random from among all Eligible Entries received by MTVN on or about November 22, 2002. MTVN will contact a potential Grand Prize Winner by e-mail or telephone. Upon notification, such potential Grand Prize Winner must call the phone number provided to confirm identity and eligibility within two (2) working days. If any potential winner is unreachable or if there is no response from such potential winner (no voicemail messages will be left) an alternate winner(s) may be chosen, at random by MTVN from among the remaining Eligible Entries.
7. The specifics of all elements of any prize in the Sweepstakes shall be solely determined by MTV. Some restrictions may apply. No substitution, transfer of any prize (or any part of a prize package) or cash alternative permitted, except by MTV due to prize unavailability at time of award in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. Arrangements for the fulfillment of prizes will be made by MTV. The Prize Winners must sign (a) an affidavit of eligibility and release of MTV Networks, Viacom International, Inc., CBS, and Kraft Foods North America, Inc from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action for personal injury and/or damage, theft, or loss suffered in connection with this promotion or the use or acceptance of the prize or any portion thereof to be eligible for the prizes; and (b) where permitted, a promotional release granting MTV and Kraft Foods North America, Inc., the right to use his or her name and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation; entry into this Sweepstakes constitutes each Prize Winner's agreement to sign such release. The Prize Winners must also complete all legal documents and return them to MTV within two (2) working days after receipt of such documents. Noncompliance will result in disqualification of such Prize Winner and an alternate winner may be selected from among all remaining eligible entries, in MTV's sole discretion. The receipt by any winner of any of the prize components of this Sweepstakes is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal, state, local and other applicable rules and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY ANY WINNER (AT MTV'S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN SUCH WINNER'S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF "The DOUBLE STUF OREO(R) MTV Cribs Trivia Sweepstakes" AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.
8. The value of the prize(s) may be taxable as income. Upon receipt of the prize(s), the Prize Winners are required to comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations. The Prize Winners are solely responsible for all insurance and any and all applicable federal, state and local taxes that become due with respect to the prize(s).
9. Sweepstakes is open to individuals who are residing citizens of the U.S. who are at least 13 years of age at time of entry. If any Prize Winner is under the age of 18, the prize will be awarded to his/her parent or legal guardian. The Prize Winners are subject to proving eligibility, including verification of social security number. If Prize Winners cannot furnish verifiable and valid proof of age within 48 hours after being notified of winning, an alternate winner may be chosen from among all remaining eligible entries received, in MTV's sole discretion. The Sweepstakes is not open to employees and their immediate families of MTV Networks, Viacom International Inc., CBS, Kraft Foods North America, Inc., and their affiliated companies and subsidiaries as well as any person who has won an MTV national sweepstakes or sweepstakes in the 2002 calendar year. Winners subject to proving eligibility. VOID WHEREVER PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. All entries become the property of MTV Networks. Additional restrictions may apply.
10. All interpretations of the rules and decisions by MTV are final. MTV reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the sweepstakes or web site; to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PARTICIPANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, MTV RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. THE NEW YORK COURTS (STATE AND FEDERAL) SHALL HAVE SOLE JURISDICTION OF ANY OF THE CONTROVERSY REGARDING THE SWEEPSTAKES AND THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK SHALL GOVERN THE SWEEPSTAKES. EACH ENTRANT WAIVES ANY AND ALL OBJECTIONS TO JURISDICTION AND VENUE IN THOSE COURTS AND HEREBY SUBMITS TO THE JURISDICTION OF THOSE COURTS.

12. Prize Winners agree that MTV Networks, Viacom International Inc., CBS, Kraft Foods North America, Inc., their subsidiaries, affiliates, related companies and employees shall have no liability in connection with acceptance or use of any of the prizes awarded herein.
