Pop singer/songwriter Zac Poor grew up in the small town of Fairfield, Montana (the self-proclaimed "Malting Barley Capital of the World"). Musical from a young age, Poor eventually relocated to Los Angeles and began the difficult job of carving out a name amidst a sea of struggling artists with the same goal. Eventually, he caught the ear of Swedish composer/producer Adam Anders (one half of the music team behind the hit television show Glee) and publisher/New Heights Entertainment managing partner Alan Melina, both of whom saw promise in Poor, and promptly got him into the studio to begin recording his debut album.
