The Yung Godz was founded as a hip hop duo in 2008 in NYC. Both Jaybondz and R-Sin's style compliment each other respectively. They both share the same interest in showcasing lyrical content that inspire the masses. Fans of the golden age of hip-hop have come to support the Yung Godz because of not only the content and styles of their songs but also, their dedication to their craft and respect of the culture.
