In an age where ‘hip-pop’ is rapidly reaching its pinnacle of popularity, Adrian Harvey, better known as Xspo, is ready to rise to the occasion. Born in Chicago, Ill. and raised in the city's west suburbs, Xspo was brought up by a mother and father who worked effortlessly to instill the principles of hard work and determination in him. Attending Proviso West High School in 2007-2011, Xspo honed his musical talents, gaining support from his peers who ultimately became fans of his music.
Developing a strong relationship with Chicago’s WGCI 107.5FM and WPWX Power 92FM, Xspo furthered his career by gaining weekly spins and distributing copies of his own music. Blossoming into a multi-talented individual, the now 19-year-old released his first major single “As Real as They Get,” in March 2011 to an overwhelming viral response. He went on to release his first mixtape “Love Fame Money,” that same year then followed up with “And So it Begins” in the Spring of 2012. Xspo is also the owner and creator of We the Go, a Chicago-based blog dedicated to hip-hop music.
With so much accomplished in a short span of time, the journey doesn’t stop here for the young mogul in the making. Xspo is currently working on his third mixtape, and plans to drop new music in the meantime to tide fans over.
