Hailing from Southern California, sisterly pop duo Savvy & Mandy began their professional careers acting and modeling in commercials, catalogs, and print ads. Though they had been singing together since they were young girls, it was only after they both learned guitar that they began performing publicly; they later went on to record with the Collective (T-Squad) and Ken Hauptman, the latter known for his work with Miley Cyrus (aka Hannah Montana).
