RyMacc was born Ryan McKenzie in the city of Geaorgetown, Guyana. Shortly before his 3rd birthday his family immigrated to the United States of America. He lived in a 2-family apartment in Roselle, NJ & at age 5, he and his family bought a house in Irvington, NJ. Growing up, Ryan listened to a lot of Nas, Eminem, Lil Wayne, and Jay-Z. As he grew older and his taste in music evolved he began listening to the underground and found out about J. Cole. Kendrick lamar, Ab-Soul, Wale, and Jay Electronica. Some of these artists hit the mainstream but for the most part stayed true to their music. Ryan was writing poetry at the age of 10-years-old and started rapping at 14, however he was afraid to let many people know. At the age of 16, he began rapping with his classmate Divyne "D1" Baptiste and joined his group named "Flyy $ociety." Ryan then started rapping for anyone who was willing to listen and it led him to recording his music to share with the world. He's still trying to get somewhere but once he blows there's no bringing him down. F$.
