Watson is a keyboard player, producer and composer best known for his work with the rock bands Daniel Amos and The Swirling Eddies (credited as Arthur Fhardy). Watson has also worked with Donna Summer, The Platters, The Surfaris, Tonio K., Jai and others. In 1982, prior to joining Daniel Amos, Watson recorded a solo single, "Something's Going on Here"/"The Graylands", under the name Body & Soul. Eight hundred copies of the single were pressed. These songs feature rare lead vocals by Watson. Watson has also worked on soundtracks for The Simpsons, Pokémon 2000, Pokémon III, as well as various television commercials and documentaries for the A&E cable television network. Watson is also a record producer who has produced albums for artists like Mike Stand, Terry Scott Taylor and others, including Taylor's first solo album, Knowledge & Innocence, and the EP, LITTLE, big. In 2005, Watson began working with Taylor on the soundtrack for the Douglas TenNapel creation Catscratch, which airs on the Nickelodeon network.
