About Red Bandit
with epic style and a red afro. He's also quite possibly one of the most iconic figures in Los Angeles today beyond any reasonable doubt.
Moving from Chattanooga to Hollywood in 2011 became the road trip of a lifetime. After selling less than 100 cds, running out of money, getting his car impounded, and eventually getting evicted from his studio apt Red Bandit was ready to quit. Instead of giving up he went on to independently release his first music video in 2012 for the single "On Smash" which reached 900,000 views to date. In June 2013 Red Bandit released his first mixtape "Smoke and Mirrors" which received much critical acclaim and disappointment.
Today Red Bandit is currently working on his first official studio EP
recording the finishing touches in West Hollywood's award winning Dubroom Studios. Working with Grammy nominated producer M16 along with B.Gulley the highly anticipated EP "Mr. Wright Now" is sure to be a hit with the jolly but sinister uptempo sound that the EP carries.
Red Bandit dreams to one day open up a school of fine arts for underprivileged kids that suffer from depression. As the founder of his Charity #Helpthekids Red Bandit is raising money to further establish the programs operations.
