About Quinimine

Best described by the band as "existing quietly" since their formation in 1998, Quinimine's subtle brand of rock has been a solid force in the indie underground. Bandmembers Gary Jansz and Alice Cantine originally founded the project, with multi-instrumentalist Peter X joining soon after. Drummer Keith Marchand was added to the group in time for the recording of Filaments, their debut EP which was released in 2002. Two years later, Quinimine issued Like Pistons For Engines. ~ Bradley Torreano, Rovi
