Philly's Most Wanted

Helmed by the Neptunes just as the production duo had begun overtaking the entire rap industry, Philly's Most Wanted's debut album, Get Down or Lay Down (2001), made a huge, albeit momentary, impact upon its release. Comprised of Mr. Man and Boo-Bonic, the duo didn't have many credentials at the time, so the Neptunes affiliation helped them garner national radio support for "Cross the Border" and "Please Don't Mind."
