New Cassettes

NEW CASSETTES are a five-piece band from Northampton, England who deliver a fresh blast of modern rock that is artful, edgy and infectious. They released Winterhead in April 2012 on N13 Records in partnership with MTV and received accolades from AOL Spinner, PureVolume, Filter, RCRD LBL and many more.

Evoking a fascinating blend of classic indie rock, pop and new wave, yet thoroughly 21st Century, the quintet have been leaving audiences swooning since 2005 when their spiky guitars go head to head with propulsive rhythms and hook-filled choruses.

The band's 2nd album 'Winterhead', was mixed by Grammy Award-winning songwriter and producer Adam Schlesinger of Fountains of Wayne and Engineer Geoff Sanoff (Yeah Yeah Yeahs, School of Seven Bells).
