James Phillip Dorce (born January 8 1986) better known by his stage name King Jay. King Jay is an Hip-Hop Recording Artist, Songwriter, Executive Producer and Actor from Belle Glade, Florida (Muck City) of Haitian descent. He has been active since (2004). King Jay signed himself and founded the entertainment company King Of Flowz Entertainment LLC and also the publishing company J P Dorce Publishing LLC. On which he released his mixtapes "Self Made" (2007) and "King Of Flowz" (2010). King Jay rose to prominence in (2007), when his song "5 6 Ace" became popular locally in his hometown of Palm Beach County, Florida (5 6 Ace) on South Florida radio station named The New X-102.3 Local Love.
King Jay, was born James Phillip Dorce at Everglades Memorial Hospital located in Pahokee, Florida on (January 8 1986). Both his mother and father where migrant workers of Haitian descent who are originally from Leogane, Haiti. King Jay was raised in Belle Glade, Florida, but relocated to West Palm Beach, Florida when he was a teenager. He graduated from Palm Beach Lakes Community High School in West Palm Beach, Florida in (2004). Where he was a three year letterman in Football as a Athlete, an also was on the Track and Field team as a Sprinter for the Palm Beach Lakes Rams.
King Jay made his first placement featuring on a verse. The name of the tracked was called "Walked In The Club" on the American rapper C-Bo "Money to Burn" eleventh studio album released on (August 8 2006) on West Coast Mafia Records. It peaked at number 71 on the Billboard Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums and at number 49 on the Billboard Top Independent Albums. The album features guest performances by Outlawz, Baby Bash, King Jay, Sean Paul of the Young Bloodz, Laroo, Pizzo and Marvaless. King Jay also release several singles, which includes but not limited to "5 6 Ace" Ft. Strona D and Money Sinclair released in (2007), "Whats Up" which peaked at #9 Billboard Hot Single Sale on Febuary 20 (2010) released in (2008), "Say Yeah" Ft. Money Sinclair and Lil' Flip released in (2011), "Need That" and "You Got It" was released in (2012) just to name a few under his catalog full of music.
