KIDFORCE is the brainchild of twenty-two year old Rhett Raha, who started performing in a hard rock band at age 14, began writing and recording by 15 playing his first gigs in bars around Los Angeles. At 19 years-old, he dropped out of college to pursue music as a career with his band Kid Force; they were offered indie recording deals but declined them. They recorded an EP out of Raha's bedroom and garnered a couple thousand downloads over eight months.
After singing in electronic/punk bands opening for Shwayze, Far-East Movement, and Trouble Andrew, landing remixes for Sprint and Fuel TV, songwriting for Christina Aguilera and Euro pop acts, Raha began to focus on a solo project. By the summer of 2011, Rhett appropriated the name KIDFORCE for himself and completed his debut release, Doom Box EP, with Fingazz (Snoop Dogg, Beyonce, Gwen Stefani) behind the boards and is starting to receive attention with the lead single, “Brunettes (Do It Better)”. This song received over 300 plays on stations all around the world including LA's very own KROQ. Already back in the studio, Raha is producing and writing for his follow up DEATHPOP EP, working on a collaborative DOOM BOX GANG MIXTAPE, with shows booked from Hollywood to Russia for 2013.
