About Josh Baze
The Entertainment Weekly proclaimed Hova 2.0 released his debut album Hi-Heels & Low-Lifes in March 2012. Crediting Biggie Smalls and his dad, a DJ, as his main musical influences, the album flirts with the boundaries of music, pulling inspiration from Hip-Hop, Electronic and Rock genres.
Signed to Cartel Records, Baze emerged in 2011 with his debut single "We Made It." Legendary producer/director Hype Williams signed on to shoot the award-winning music video, which premiered as iTunes Video of the Week and made its broadcast debut on MTV. The video also won MTVu's Freshman Video of the Week in November 2011.
Jimmy Kimmel Live, Last Call with Carson Daly and The Wendy Williams Show welcomed Baze with open arms as he made his promotional talk show rounds in March 2012.
Current single "She's Gold" was named iHeart Radio's "Music You Should Know" in July 2012. MTV world-premiered the She's Gold video in mid-September 2012.
CAA signed on to represent Josh Baze for touring and booking. Baze has toured and is currently touring with Ludacris, Childish Gambino, 2 Chainz and Meek Mill since early 2012.
