Isaac Costales (father) died one week before Isaac's 1st birthday. Isaac later changed his last name to Canderlaria in 1983 (due to being adopted by his step father Frank). Isaac started playing the piano at the age of 4 (after seeing Star Wars and coming home and playing the theme song).
