About Gloria Lima & Bob Steger

The obscure male-female duo of Gloria Lima & Bob Steger made a very rare folk album for the Coast Recorders label, probably in the mid-'60s. Featuring their close harmonies against acoustic guitar accompaniment, it was very much in the style of the '60s folk revival, with half of the material covers of standards of the period, including "House of the Rising Sun" and early songs by Bob Dylan, Gordon Lightfoot, and Eric Andersen. ~ Richie Unterberger, Rovi
