Generation 80 is a European studio group who in 2007 released the album Le Meilleur des Années 80, which, true to its title, was a dance-oriented album-long medley of French pop hits of the 1980s. The album featured faithful (if rhythmically enhanced) covers of over 25 notable tunes of the era, including "Marcia Baila" by Les Rita Mitsouko, "Nuit de Folie" by Début de Soirée, "Macumba" by Jean Pierre Mader, "Ou Sont Les Femmes" by Patrick Juvet, and "Le Coup de Folie" by Thierry Pastor.
