Emile began his musical journey in the mid 90's as front-man for the critically acclaimed Santa Barbara based pop-rock band The Lapdancers (featuring members of Popsicko, Sugarcult, and Bad Astronaut). Emile's next project was the artist popular LA based band Postfontaine. In 2005 Emile released his first solo album Stay Here and in 2011 released the album Neighbors. His songs have been featured in many network television shows and movies including the record breaking film The Avengers where his song Black Dirt was featured. The hit independent film Waitress used his cover of Howard Jones’ No One Is To Blame and many other films and television shows feature his music including Sunshine Cleaning, Danika, Dexter, Parenthood, One Tree Hill, Shark, Conviction, Damages, Teen Mom, 16 & Pregnant and many other MTV & VH1 programs. Emile's hit song "Honey I'll Try" remained on the iTunes charts for several weeks and his album Neighbors was listed "Best of 2011" by MTV's creative department. Emile lives in Austin, TX where he writes and produces records and composes music for film and television. You can see him perform live in select cities across North America and plans to release an EP end of summer 2012.
